KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER/REGIONAL MANAGER FOR NON-VET and OTC MARKET

Main tasks on this position:

  • Co-creation and implementation of sales strategy in the non-veterinary and OTC market in Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Responsibility for coordinating all commercial activities for clients at the non-veterinary and OTC market
  • Implementation of the non-veterinary and OTC sales budget
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving business goals
  • Effective implementation of marketing strategies in dedicated area
  • Building a positive image of the company in dealing with clients
  • Active participation in industry events
  • Ongoing analysis of the market and competitors' activities
  • Cooperation with the marketing department in the implementation of marketing activities
  • Organization and planning of work of subordinate team

Candidate’s profile:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a sales function preferably in animal health industry
  • At least two years' experience in managing sales team
  • University degree/higher education degree
  • Strong negotiation skills, fluency in using sales techniques
  • Business awareness, strong focus on customers’ needs
  • Experience in creating and managing KAM tools
  • Highly developed analytical skills (experience in sales analysis and control tools)
  • Ability to manage projects and run projects independently
  • Business awareness and orientation towards achieving the assumed results
  • Proficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Creativity and the ability to inspire others
  • Driving license and readiness to travel a lot for business purposes
